@HDCares 15-Driver scheduled a second time to come today, 16-back and forth the app updates that we are 2 stop away 17-more phone calls 18-finally get to the CS again this person is actually really nice 19-the first HD rep who cares.

@HDCares the calls where the drivers tell dispatch one thing and the dispatch tells CS another. Or the issue of in the order the stacking kit is supposed to be brought by the driver, 13-Driver keeps saying its supposed to be mailed 14-Driver tries to offer us a side job for $200

@HDCares 8-its a 200,00 sqft building, tenant was waiting at the loading dock which is for deliveries no show 9-Front desk has no inquiry or questions about a delivery or installation 10-They leave no notice 11-begins the numerous phone calls 12-the misinformation

@HDCares @HDCares 4-we schedule new service, and order stacking kit 5-contractor comes to property makes one call which is missed, Call right back and they dont answer 6-contractor tells home depot that no one was home, and sends picture of a loading dock 7-it was the trash loading dock

@HDCares Horrendous delivery people, your contractors are horrible. Going on over a week of back and forth, saying they showed when they haven't and now I have 2 sets of machines beacuse they didnt pickup the old ones when they delivered.

@HomeDepot we spend tens of thousands a year with you all, decided to try buying appliances from you, Never again. Your contractors who deliver are garbage, total liars to dispatch, and unprofessional. I am now in the process of letting all my neighbors know never buy appliances.

@AmazonHelp your online help is driving me crazy, I need to return an item because it’s damaged but it’s partially assembled and I can’t dissemble it, so I have no way of repackaging it.

Legendary Dagestani and @ufc athlete Khabib Nurmagomedov was subjected to blatant racial profiling and removed from his @FlyFrontier flight after being deemed ‘unfit’ to sit in the emergency exit row. @TeamKhabib, I’m sorry you experienced this, especially in the USA. Frontier Airlines, your organization and crew should be ashamed—do better!

@Samsung @SamsungUS why is it you haven’t brought back my replacement fridge which arrived damaged? Customer support keeps telling me I have to buy a new one.
