@Aedrareforged Mega realms, centralized original continents, and future zone content will keep the world populated, while removing flying mounts and dungeon teleports ensures players stay visible and active out in the open. - thats the dream anyway
@icyveins Hopefully Northrend will make an appearance at some point, but not the same northrend. Entirely different narrative in the same land mass.
Pandaria: no thanks
@BananazMikey@BunBoxMomo@TheoryWiseOS It could maybe serve as the 1-10 experience for a new Death knight class (not the same death knights as retail - completly new narrative, given there have been many generations of Death Knights in warcraft history)
@BananazMikey@BunBoxMomo@TheoryWiseOS I dont think a full 1-60 experience fits, because that just drives the entire playerbase to move there permenantly. We need a reason for people to keep coming back to the old world. Leveling options there sporadically through the whole 1-60 range would be cool though.
@TheoryWiseOS Think it would also be cool if phasing was used to change older zones. So as you're playing 1-60 the original world remains as is, but major narrative events at 60 in the future could completly change say westfall.
@TheoryWiseOS i.e not just pick up the entire player base at level 60 and move them to northrend, instead, distribute the zones throughout the whole 10-60 level range
@Ainastrasza Its 50% less *extra* xp above normal quests. Dungeon quest xp was buffed massively. THis just reads like they've cut the buffed portion in half, its still more than it used to be, just less so than it was
@DrcharlieWardQ Person: "They said they are going to hit me with a ballistic missile"
DJT: "It wont be nuclear"
Person: "Ah cool, that's ok then, send it over"
@Bjwwil@NotFarLeftAtAll Why would they? this is still about half of what a person driving a petrol car would have spent in fuel duty for the same mileage.
@spratmum72 What are they gonna do? get in a rubber dingy and "sail" through the strait of Gibralter into the North Atlantic and whip it around to Clacton beach?
@QuantAnalysis37@DrChrisCombs Not even close to practical. The thing would never leave the ground with the weight of the magnets that would provide enough field strength to achieve it.
@r_riskit@cb_doge@Starlink Sure if Fibre isn't available, then starlink is a good option. But you mentioned VM, which only offers cable (which is essentially fibre equiv), or real fibre.
VM cable would be preferable to Starlink.
But agreed, if DSL or worse was your only option then sure.
@r_riskit@cb_doge@Starlink I'm sure that's bollocks. Don't get me wrong, Starlink is great if you are remote with no options. But if Fiber is an option, it's always the better option.
@michaelpresky@SteveOnSpeed In Europe - IF YOU HAVE MONEY - you can also pay for private healthcare. But if you dont have money, you can still get adequate healthcare.
