You clearly have a long way to go in achieving consistency. The flight number for the flight from Gatwick was BE802. We were due to be in Newquay for 10.30am on Saturday, didn’t end up getting there until 7pm, missing our cousin’s 21st birthday and having to pay £200 for trains

@flybe - lost for words... Flight from Gatwick to Newquay - cancelled, after having to wait 3hrs with no communication. Now being told to pay £40 to take bag back from Newquay after it being fine at Gatwick, ‘apparently’ bag is ‘too big’ and plane is ‘too full’? Train next time.
