@UberUKsupport I've received an email reply explaining the holds on my funds but it is nowhere near a satisfactory response. Funds have now been on hold since Saturday, how is that Uber checking my adequate funds for two cancelled trips which WON'T HAPPEN? Next stop Banking Ombudsman #theft
@Uber_Support YOUR drivers cancelled 2 consecutive trips on Saturday evening, each was appx £35. So now I have two pending charges on my bank account for almost £70...are you kidding me, Uber?!?? How DARE you hold onto MY funds when YOUR drivers cancelled on ME? #theft

Absurd decision by @EalingCouncil to close the Stirling Road tip. We are now encouraged to drive to Greenford as an alternative, increasing car usage, emissions and undoubtedly, fly-tipping. Your decisions are as effective as your online council meetings, it seems. #Chiswick
