@GWRHelp your app froze while I was buying a ticket, it looked like my purchase had frozen too, i was time limited, bought a paper ticket. Only to find once I got on the train that my purchase had gone through. How do I get a refund as it was a fault with your app?

Further to this when I went to place my order, for what I thought was £6.99, luckily Monzo needs approval for all online payments as the payment requested was £18.97. So instead of the 99p expected I could have paid £18.97. The offer isn't an offer.

@AsdaServiceTeam Its now 10.40pm no sign of the delivery, what's worse is the lack of communication about the delivery. If you're going to be late or have an issue, at least let us know.
@AsdaServiceTeam i'm currently unable to amend or cancel my order for delivery tomorrow even though its before 10pm. I don't want the delivery if it's the existing order, what can you do to help?
@AsdaServiceTeam I phoned customer services, they had the same issue. Its now 4.20pm, my delivery slot was 12-1pm, i wasn't able to amend or cancel, now the delivery i don't want is late. something has seriously gone wrong this weekend. I will be declining the delivery as soon as they turn up
