🚨 SHOCKING LAST-DAY TARGET PRESSURE IN BANKING SYSTEM

A letter issued on @canarabank letterhead from the Lead Bank Office, Etah raises serious questions about governance, accountability, and misuse of authority.

→ The letter is signed by DM (Etah) not LDM.
→ It directs #UPGB to open branches on 31st March (financial year-end) and ensure:
100% target achievement under CM-Yuva Rozgar Yojana

❗ Key Concerns:
1. Why is a District Magistrate signing on a bank’s letterhead?
Is the administration now officially operating through PSU bank identities?

2. Why last-day pressure?
If targets were known all year, why push compliance on 31st March, the most chaotic day in banking?

3. Forced lending = Future NPAs?
When banks are pushed to “complete 100% targets” overnight,
→ Due diligence suffers
→ Credit quality drops
→ NPAs rise

4. Targets vs Reality
The letter itself admits:
→ Target: 400
→ Sanctioned: 358
→ Disbursed: 342
Yet instead of reviewing quality or bottlenecks, the focus is:
Complete 100% at any cost.

The Bigger Question: Is this financial inclusion or financial compulsion? When governance turns into target-driven coercion, it doesn’t create entrepreneurs. It creates bad loans.

→ Administrative overreach into banking
→ Forced target completion

Then the outcome is predictable:
NPA today, crisis tomorrow.

But the same people walk into PSU banks and start shouting

रोज देर रात तक RO में मीटिंग की जाती है और देर रात तक ब्रांच खुलवाई जाती है।
कल ऐसे ही ब्रांच से देर रात लौट रहे एक भाई का एक्सीडेंट हो गया।

🚨 UPGB : Banking Terror Alert! 🚨

#UPGB Jaunpur RM has started sending daily performance targets directly to branch clerks & cashiers, bypassing Branch Managers, a blatant abuse of authority

💥 Ground Reality:

• Most branches have 1/2 cashiers, already handling all cash operations
• Impossible to manage SB accounts, Re-KYC, C-KYC, DEAF, SSS & Digital services alongside core cash duties
• Previously, targets went to BMs who allocated work fairly; now RM John is directly exploiting staff

⚠️ Protocol Violated:
• Clerical officers cannot report directly to RM/GM
• Direct target letters = harassment, terror, and workplace abuse
• This is unnecessary pressure on already overburdened staff, bordering on workplace harassment

Question for Chairman Mr. #YS_Thakur
• Is this the “progressive management” you endorse?
• Stop RM Jaunpur exploitation immediately and restore proper chain of command
• Staff welfare and realistic workload must be prioritized before issuing targets

🚨 ICICI BANK EXPOSED: SILENCING VOICES INSTEAD OF FIXING ABUSE 🚨

Instead of taking action against an abusive RM, @ICICIBank chose to silence the whistleblower.

Yes, this is the reality.

We posted videos exposing employee exploitation, verbal abuse and toxic workplace culture by ICICI Bank officials, a matter of public interest.

What did ICICI Bank do?
❌ No internal inquiry
❌ No action against the abusive officer
❌ No concern for employees

They filed a trademark complaint to Instagram to get the content removed.

⚠️ SHOCKING PART ⚠️
Instagram suspended account @trbn_official based on a “trademark infringement” complaint allegedly filed by: [email protected]. Yes, a Gmail ID, not an official ICICI domain.

No logo used.
No trademark misuse.
Only the name “ICICI Bank” mentioned while reporting misconduct.

This is not trademark protection, this is corporate intimidation.

❓QUESTION TO ICICI BANK
Is your trademark more important than:
• Employee dignity?
• Mental health?
• Workplace safety?
• Accountability of abusive managers?
Why not suspend the Regional Manager abusing staff instead of suspending voices speaking up?

THIS IS A DANGEROUS PRECEDENT
If banks start using fake or dubious trademark complaints to:
Silence criticism
Suppress whistleblowers
Hide exploitation
Then tomorrow any citizen can be silenced.

FACT CHECK (PUBLIC RECORD)
✔ Content was posted in good faith
✔ No ICICI logo or trademark used
✔ Freedom of speech under Article 19(1)(a)
✔ Reporting workplace misconduct is NOT trademark infringement
Yet the content was removed. The account suspended.

MESSAGE TO ICICI BANK MANAGEMENT
You can delete videos.
You can pressure platforms.
You can waste money on legal notices.
But you cannot erase the truth.
Employees are watching.
Bankers are watching.
India is watching.

WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED: This post is now on X, because Truth doesn’t need permission. Justice doesn’t need approval.

If ICICI Bank truly believes in ethics, let them:
✔ Act against abusive officials

शर्मनाक और दिल तोड़ देने वाली घटना।
उत्तर प्रदेश ग्रामीण बैंक (UPGB) के अधिकारी अर्पण पांडेय का कुछ दिन पहले सड़क हादसे में निधन हो गया। पूरा स्टाफ सदमे में था एक हफ्ते बाद 01.01.2025 को #UPGB प्रबंधन ने ट्रांसफर लिस्ट जारी कर दी, जिसमें उनका नाम भी शामिल था।

क्या यह गलती है या संवेदनहीनता की पराकाष्ठा?

सूत्र बताते हैं कि यह सूची पहले से तैयार थी, लेकिन इसे रोककर रखा गया था और अब एक RTI में ट्रांसफर से जुड़े सवाल पूछे जाने के बाद ये जल्दबाज़ी में बिना सोचे-समझे जारी कर दी गई।
क्या किसी को इतनी भी जानकारी नहीं थी कि एक अधिकारी अब हमारे बीच नहीं हैं?

यह सिर्फ एक प्रशासनिक चूक नहीं, यह मानवता का अपमान है। जब कोई साथी अपनी जान गंवा देता है और सिस्टम फिर भी आंखें मूंदकर फाइलें घुमा रहा है तो समझिए, इंसानियत मर चुकी है।

हम अर्पण पांडेय को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करते हैं।
पर साथ ही यह सवाल उठाते हैं क्या यूपीजीबी जैसे संस्थानों में इंसान से ज़्यादा कागज़ की अहमियत रह गई है?
