@KyleMau Man, genuinely sad to read this. I moved to Warsaw last September and it's been such an upgrade from Berlin. I'm living my best life since probably before the pandemic.
All the best to you and your family!
@mcleishmclosh@loadingalias@TylerDurden By outright refusing all future updates you are exposing yourself to critical vulnerabilities that will get disclosed by Apple through patch notes. Finding the right balance between defending yourself against government overreach and non governmental threat actors is difficult.
@kmcnam1 Haha classic! Only in Germany are people that opposed to thinking for themselves that they will (yet again) opt out of access to future growth.
@SamKovX@ThierryBorgeat Haha luckily she listens to me and doesn't buy into the hype but I still vividly remember the depression across the country after the IMF crisis in the late 90s. Horrible times.
@SamKovX@ThierryBorgeat Literally everybody and their mother is shilling stocks and AI powered get rich quick schemes at the moment in Korea. My mom is sending me YouTube video links weekly to "check if this *opportunity* is real".
@ElkeAnna_@MichaelAArouet May I ask where you migrated from and if you moved because you didn't like it there or just because there was an opportunity to move and you wanted something new?
@SeekerNano45042@KarelMercx Are there any sources you would recommend to review if one was interested to learn more about the broken supply chains for fertilizers?
@ovensoflove@Paul_Reviews@sold_ben If a threat actor gains remote access to your device they can use a dynamic instrumentation tool to hook into your age verification app. Once they get access to that they can steal your personally identifiable information and pretend to be you or cause other identity related harm
@United24media Your take is the definition of misinformation. They are discussing the requirement for Ukraine's accession to the EU of zero tolerance of discrimination against minorities, which funnily enough is what Russia claims to be the reason for their military intervention in Ukraine.
@nosovietanymore@WallStreetMav I believe the whole point is that we don't have capitalist societies in Europe anymore or at least some that were believed to be capitalist are not anymore.
@celestialbe1ng@iamvsevolod Poland is obviously not a 3rd world country but air quality and water hardness is a real issue in Warsaw. Had to get air humidifiers for every room.
Btw. if you are comfortable to drive in Poland look into Konstancin just south of Warsaw.
@jessebday@TheGladiatorHC I block engagement farmers who use other people's intellectual property without due credit. You could encourage your viewers to do the same.
@APArizonaTea@RedWarrior556@cybercpu I'm truly happy for you that your reality is what you say but that's not the case for everyone every time. Your wife can probably tell you what she learned at the Yeshiva about how righteous governments and kings can be. Privacy was a step forward in terms of jurisprudence.
@APArizonaTea@cybercpu That is some weird logic and by common understanding of jurisprudence straight up fascist (look up "in dubio pro reo" if you are interested). Surely an opinion one can have in a free democracy but not one that will make a lot of sense.
@APArizonaTea@cybercpu If you find something positive in mass surveillance that's great I guess. But why try to enforce it on people who do not want to participate?
