@cityofmarkham When are the side streets going to be plowed? People have things to do and we can't leave our street! This needs to be handled now, snow has stopped for some time now. This is unacceptable!

@WestJet I was travelling with Westjet this April and due to covid my flight was cancelled. My flight credit is only valid for 12 months from travel date because I booked with Expedia instead of the 24 months that is being offered if you booked directly. Why? Seems completely unfair.

@porterairlines You should extend your voucher expiry. It's unfair and selfish to put people under stress during this time. Why am I treated differently because I booked through Expedia...I'm still using your airline! #NeverAgain
@porterairlines Have some compassion and understanding with what's going on right now and have some respect for your customers. If you're not offering full refund, at least extend your vouchers expiry... I have 7 months to use mine...that's bs!!!
