🚨 Arrest Update – Roberts County 🚨

Yesterday, February 9th, Roberts County Deputies successfully took a wanted and dangerous fugitive into custody following coordination with the United States Marshals Service (USMS).

Deputies were contacted by the USMS regarding the possible whereabouts of Jason Bolton, who was believed to be in Roberts County. Deputies promptly followed up on the information, located Bolton, and took him into custody without incident.

Bolton was wanted on outstanding warrants out of several SD counties.

This arrest highlights the importance of strong interagency cooperation and the continued commitment of local, state, and federal partners to keeping our communities safe.

We appreciate the assistance of the United States Marshals Service and thank our deputies for their professionalism and diligence.
