@AmazonHelp After the refusal of bank, when we contacted your customer care team back , they refused to listen . But when an account number doesn't exist, how can a reference number generated, this is beyond my understanding.

@AmazonHelp But my bank does not acknowledge this , as your representative told me , they have transferred the money in an account that doesn't exist and that is the reason my bank refuses to acknowledge this transaction. After the refusal of bank , I contacted back your customer care

@AmazonHelp On 22 sep return pickup was scheduled and on October 7 , refund process was initiated. They now insist that the money has been refunded but I have not got any money. They stopped even entertaining me and are still insisting that the refund has been successfully done.

Can anyone give an analysis of the metadata related to the success ratio of online education? Of course not , because such data collection and analysis will expose the reality of online class. An analysis will make the difference between between entertainment and education clear

Everyone knows the limitations of online education, students can't communicate with their teachers. A few have of course encashed the opportunity by making classes more entertaining but at the same time compromising the quality. still, parents and students don't realise the loss.

Can online education ever be a substitute to offline? Of course our experience with covid made it an essential part of our life but now since that crisis is over , why this fetish for online classes inspite of the fact that students gain less than what they lose?
