On top of that I requested another ride, money was deducted and the ride was completed only to see a message later on stating i did not pay for the ride. I took screenshots again and sent my bank statement but they refused to clear the credit. Im beyond words #ubermustfall

@Uber_RSA drivers outchea are clearly scamming us. One driver chose to start the ride before we got there. @Uber refused to refund me for the trip claiming that the ride did take place. I sent screenshots where i was trying to communicate with the driver. Bust still dololo #uber

Surely @boltapp you guys need to do better. I raised a concern 2 weeks ago but i keep being thrown around like a ball. This is really pathetic and the reason why some customers end up choosing to use other platforms

After going back and forth with @boltapp receiving automated resoonses and eventually getting ignored, left on the cold and my issue not received. @boltapp support has the audacity to send me a message to rate their service. Clearly I'm taken as a joke shame #SuperBowl2024
