@FlyFrontier so all in we land early by close to 45 minutes but will be on the tarmac going on 50 minutes waiting on a gate. Wow. I mean how can you be so inept

@AmericanAir day 2 of being tested. You changed my reservation but not my ticket so spent another 15 minutes getting checked in. You guys continue to amaze me with how poor your execution is. Oh and thanks for answering my dms as maybe that could have helped!
