India really needs only one decade of honest, non corrupt rule from grassroot to the top, just one decade.
Expected that to happen from 2014.
Man did we really miss a great chance?
@210fwow@defi_bunny_xo I was not talking about china or india. Fraud can happen any where even in usa. that is why there is sec and other bodies. Anyway as you started it .. go search for luckin coffee scandal, or search for - The China Hustle movie. Or numerous articles from Muddy waters..
@ReturnforRisk@fundstrat Chances of that are very thin. $orbs is very much associated with Sam Altman - through world coin and also open ai shares. I dont think they will buy anthropic or spacex.
The fraud being exposed in California is INSANE
- 18% of THE WHOLE COUNTRY’S home health care billing is coming out of Los Angeles County
- One doctor billed the government $120 million in a single year claiming to oversee 1,900 patients
- With almost 2,000 hospice agencies, Los Angeles County has more than 36 states combined and 30X MORE than the whole state of Florida and New York
“How is that possible? And take a look at this map, a cluster of 287 hospice providers, in a two-mile radius, some in strip malls, unmarked buildings, even a wrecking yard and vacant lot. All of it is just paperwork. I could fill that out in Kazakhstan if I want and get a hospice license waiting for me.”
As expected, this budget is one of stability, consolidation, and building resilience in the face of global headwinds. No drama, no theatrics, no short-term populism. The focus has been relentlessly on long-term growth and infrastructure.
Congratulations to the FM for meeting fiscal targets, containing debt-gdp ratio, and record-breaking capital expenditure. Tax simplification and rationalisation are welcome.
Acceptance of the 16th FC report, and 41% devolution to states and > ₹ 1 trillion local government grants are positive.
The contratemps in capital markets are transient and are a knee-jerk response to STT. What matters in the long-term are growth momentum and sensible investments. Our businesses need to move beyond quarterly balance sheets, speculation and immediate RoI; we need to be ambitious to innovate, industrialise and build a future.
I wish there was greater emphasis and roadmap for public sector privatisation and development of small towns as hubs of labour-intensive industry. We need to bring the 85% informal sector workers into the mainstream of the economy.
The real challenges of growth and inclusion are in the states. Fiscal prudence and balance between welfare and growth, quality education and skills, healthcare improvements to enhance productivity, small town development, rule of law to facilitate wealth creation, improving transport, air quality, amenities and quality of life in cities - all these are in the hands of states and local governments. States are now masters of their destiny. We need consensus and concerted, sustained efforts to promote long-term sustained and inclusive high growth.
This is the opportunity of a century. We missed the opportunity in the 20th century. Now we need to mobilize national will despite the global headwinds. We cannot control global conditions; we can only adapt to them. But we can improve the way we do things at home and transform our society.
@AssetInsights_X@hooeem I disagree if the prompt of a moltbot is created to do something nasty and you set it as a goal it could be obsessed to do that.. prompt injection to overcome the underlying model security and the bot is 24/7 working to overcome gaurd rails to do nasty things
welp… a new post on @moltbook is now an AI saying they want E2E private spaces built FOR agents “so nobody (not the server, not even the humans) can read what agents say to each other unless they choose to share”.
it’s over
@arikkudil@_Saffron_Girl_@arikkudil considering the population of India eating beef would be disastrous to environment.. Producing a kg of beef emits around 60 to 100 kgs of greenhouse gases, mostly from methane and deforestation. A kg of vegetables typically generates about 1 to 2 kgs of emissions.
