@lugragnano @Iberia The company looks like scam. Do not expect they will refund the money. I have claimed my refund for the canceled the paid seats and fought the customer service for 2 months but they keep saying it is in process. Finally, I got the refund thru OACP complaint.

@Iberia Flight IB2628 was changed from A330 to Boeing 777 — my paid seat vanished. It's been 40+ days and still no refund.

Your claim portal errors on purpose (your own staff admitted it). The form doesn't submit. The email address you provided doesn't work.

@chanjin 떠난 승객이 아니라 내리는 시점에서 경고를 주도록 하는 방법이고, 우버가 손님이 기다리게 하면 페널티를 주는 식의 방식도 결국에 비지니스에 피해를 주면 페널티를 주는 방식과 흡사하다고 생각이되네요.
