@MattHintz3 @clintwfischer Dad gets a rent check same as the owners of the 300 acres while son takes over the whole 700 independently of Dad. Dad can help if he wants, or not. But if son is to turn the 700 into 1200, he needs to be able to operate and not be Dad’s glorified hired man.
