I have also has a similar experience with Samsung and finally gave up. My next buy was an LG. The door came off, but with repeated and persistent requests, the support folks replaced it!

Horrifying experience with servicing @SamsungIndia fridge (2016 model). In early May we complained it was not cooling properly. Since then their technicians have replaced a cooling coil, compressor, filter, taken it away and kept for 2 weeks... and performance just gets worse 1/4

Today again I called the tn election commission office to follow up on my eci card. The help centre in Chennai is hardly available and people noncommittal on timelines. I begged the office to dispatch my card. He says the cards printing is centralized Noida. Wait. @sah

But unable to get a voterid card despite repeated requests to your office.
