Hi @SABBBank @SAMAcares, I have lodged a complaint -dated 24-07-2022 against Non- Transfer of funds to a beneficiary account from last month and received references REQ- 2022-041127 and REQ- 2022-041128 post assurance of closure within 7 working days but still NO PROGRESS.
