@wandering_gu @samsimsal @UMichUrology Great stuff. And so that nobody tries to takes it out of context, we all agree that the benefit/risk ratio to the patient is the only factor for whether or not to perform PLND.

@wandering_gu Just be careful as medicine is highly regulated with risk of fraud for billing government for services that don’t meet strict criteria. Patients need to know the limits and when they will be billed. Doctors cant be abused and need to know the rules. Not a free for all.
