The mishandling of the Diversity Visa program is a recurring issue.@POTUS The Biden Administration's appeal of court orders denying visas to FY-2020 and FY-2021 selectees adds to the confusion. Consistency and fairness are essential in immigration policy. https://t.co/vtRViAZ4de

[Mohamed kamel @MK90_DV2021]

Continued confusion as Biden admin appeals ruling favoring Diversity Visa Program 2020-2021 immigrants affected by Trump's policies. Consistency needed in immigration to uphold America's image. #Immigration #DV2020 #DV2021 @POTUS @curtismorrison @VP https://t.co/vtRViAZ4de

[Diversity Visa Winners @DVWinners]

Sadly see a lot of DV 2020/2021 winners ask on posts if there's any hope for them. The hope hasn't changed. We are all still waiting on the appeal. But note even if succeed in court there aren't enough reserved visas for everyone. So work on a plan B away from social media.

DV Program 2020-2021 winners fled injustice seeking justice in the US. Disheartened that even with President @POTUS @VP @SecBlinken Biden's pro-immigration stance, no decisive action was taken. Let's hope for a brighter future. 🗽🤝@curtismorrison #Immigration #DV2020 #DV2021

Dear @POTUS @VP , America's strength comes from diversity. Please resolve the diversity visa issue for 2020-2021. Let's uphold our nation's values and ensure everyone's fair chance to pursue the American dream. 🇺🇸 #DiversityVisa #DV2020 #DV2021 #Immigration

I won the Diversity Visa Program 2020 but couldn’t go due to the COVID-19 travel ban. The pandemic restrictions were expected to ease, yet many American immigration applicants have been denied and left in limbo. I want more Americans to be aware of this situation.#DV2020

@EyasuEjigu3 DV2020 and DV2021 selectees are very differently situated.

If you are asking about the Biden administration’s appeals of our Gomez/Goodluck & Rai victories, we are still awaiting the outcome of those appeals.

Just a word of warning.

If you use a lawyer for DV cases, and that lawyer doesn't properly understand how cases are scheduled, how visas are allocated, filing deadlines and opportunities and so on, you might be in a worse position than taking responsibility for your own case.

🇺🇸@POTUS Did you know, Mr. President, that while our strength is diversity, an appeal against DV Program 2020-2021 winners is ongoing? Let's stand for our values both in words and actions. 🗽🌍#Immigration #DV2020 #DV2021 @SecBlinken @curtismorrison https://t.co/SPlHQVEiKS
