@virginmedia I have been trying for over 6 weeks to sort out a connection for my new home. Spoke to 3 different new home/contract specialists and I am still waiting. 10 days until move in and getting quite worried as my wife needs a connection due to working from home.

@MartinSLewis I booked a trip with Eurostar to Paris for June last year, unable to go due to COVID so voucher given. I no longer need to go there and cannot under current restrictions. Should I be able to get a refund? They seem very reluctant!
