Someone logged into my Microsoft account despite having email/phone/app 2fa. They removed all security info and replaced it all with theirs. I submitted a recovery form and they refused it. And now the person that has my account is asking me for money? #Microsoft @MicrosoftHelps

No offer to remove my banking details or remove the account or move what I own to a new account...
