Despite being busy i took the pain to continuously follow up. Never got a mail about the issue. Today ur agent said ur team rejected it and she can’t help in any way! U guys are calling me a scammer or something? NEVER EVER GONNA SHOP WITH U.

Its sad to see how u guys put resources in making money, but don’t give a shit about Customer Service. I ordered a bag and received completely wrong item. Never opened the seal too. U rejected my return, made me follow ur team 4 times.
