@Davido
Debidoo, I know you're very generous, but I'm not asking for a handout.
I want you to buy copies of "English Language Class", a book I wrote and published in 2021.
I featured you and Chioma in it. (page 12 and page 37)
The book teaches the correct use of English Language in an entertaining and humorous way.
You can give copies to Rarara @kahuturarara and his entourage, and distribute the rest to public schools around the country as charity.
Sank you bery much in adbance.🤣
@hayateey1 It's business not charity, ur model mst change, now ur potential employee knows ur weakness, he will exploit that, m certain! DM I will give a free consultancy for 6 months if it works ( m sure it will) u will pay afterwards!
AG Abubakar, former RG of CAC, was a no nonsense man. Grandson of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa, he had airs, yes. But he new his onions.
Every official car slept in the office. People didn't like that. He stopped official car carrying "oga's" family to school and market. You can't use official car for wedding on Saturday. He lived by example. He drove his car to work sometimes. His car o. Sometimes, government car brings him.
He fought to remove the police and DSS people in my office. It costs #300m to keep them. He failed. The argument is this is a government facility and must be protected by government. But you know who will share those monies.
The union leader is from Bauchi, like him. The Commission won a matter in Court against him, he was to face disciplinary action and he rushed to the Emir of Bauchi. RG was called by Emir who said this is your brother, don't sack him. There and then RG said, Emir, where were you when he took us to Court? Wallahi, I will sack him.
Chairman, senate committee on Trade, said RG, please my daughter in your place just got married, transfer her to her husband in Kaduna. The guy refused, saying several people have come to beg me for transfer but I turned them down.
People awarded contract to cronies to supply paper and some consumables. He stopped all of that. CAC is now completely paperless.
His crime is that he did not play politics that his office required. Bring Lloyds of London or KpMG to audit him, you will not find chi chi.
He could travel to Bauchi, Kano or Kaduna, no plane to come back because flight was cancelled. He will simply tell driver to take him to the park and he will enter car as passenger to Abuja. Not chatter.
Then on the job. Just go and sleep. Send him a mail at 2:00 am, he would reply. In fact, he used to wake me up at 2.00 am to have some things done because the President, Minister wanted them done within so so time.
I wished he was given a second term

Official: Yesterday saw the official launch of UNDP's North West Prevention Facility, a multi-donor response to the insecurity in partnership with the State Governments of Katsina, Zamfara and Sokoto; and with support of Germany and Norway. Through this Facility we will be tasked with revitalising the local economy and widening access to legitimate economic opportunities and climate sustainable jobs; while disincentivizing the illegitimate bandit economy through enhanced security cooperation and coordination. A big task!
Special thanks to @Mo_UNDP, @dikko_radda, Govs of Sokoto and Zamfara and the Ambassadors of Germany and Norway for leading the way.
Signed and sealed. Now to deliver for the people of the North West of Nigeria!
BEING a teacher in the UK is a horrible experience — it is a taste of hell.
I was a teacher in Zimbabwe for over 10 years.
I loved my work; I remember assemblies where children would greet us in chorus.
I was proud to be a teacher.
Don't give your kids an allowance.
Pay them interest instead.
I made a system that naturally instills the power of compounding and makes them understand money.
Here's how it works, my downloadable worksheet, and the results:
The former Central Bank Governor, and former Emir of kano, His Royal Majesty, Sanusi Lamido Sanusi, has this to say.. listen 👂 ❤️
My grandfather was a Northerner, I am a Nigerian. The problem with this country is that in 2022, we speak in the language of 1953.
