A challenge that has been on my mind a lot lately is how best a post-mint NFT team should build.

Lots of community voices asking for more transparency and clarity, basically to have the team build in public. Yet much of NFT value accrual stems from speculation and imagination that also helps drive a positive feedback loop. Top projects seem to be split between the two formats, which is better?
