Also "cold" froot loops is likely because they have a super thin glaze on them. confectioners sugar is a much finer granule so when it dissolves on the tongue it feels different.

@HCJustinn I had a similar thing and said nope. You can go to the USPS site and schedule for a pickup at your house if you have prepaid postage. It is free for pickup if you select that they just come grab it during their route.
