Run in the forest. And the desert. I only tweet about running here. And squatching. I don't have big feet, but I do have big hair, hence the name. 4x26.2
23 #running minutes on the treadmill. Severe T-storms forced me indoors. 15 min. bike, 5 walk, 3 run, 1 walk, 10 run, 1 walk, 10 run, 3 walk, then lift. Iโll take it. #grateful
Haven't been around here much. #Running has been compromised by a flareup of my torn meniscus, caused by trying to do too much, too soon, post hernia surgery and COVID. Making progress now. Ran 10 uninterrupted minutes yesterday.
@waitbutwhy Itโs 1/2. (Or close to it.) The number of families and the gender of Mr. Smithโs other child have no impact on the gender of the child in question.
#sunsets remind me that even when the #run doesn't go as well as I'd hoped, I am still breathing, outside and in the constant presence of beauty. #nature#running#grateful
@dobberrmann Thanks, brother. Much appreciated. I think time and patience and getting the supportive muscle strength back will be the key. Patience will be the hardest.:)
@dobberrmann Thanks, Kevin. I do think several weeks of forced downtime (surgery + COVID) put me out of my routine, which includes kettlebell, other strength work, yoga to support the #running. I got the cart in front of the horse. Need to rebalance.
