@Amtrak @drewmarlier Same for me! Latest version of iOS released 4 days ago says Processing for a bit after clicking Purchase Trip and then doesn’t complete the transaction. I had to purchase my ticket over the phone sitting on the train. The app was reliable for previous 200 trips.

@Philly_Marathon Race was great! But curious why the course did not go into the Smith Playground loop per the official course? Was certification adjusted? Water stop was on Reservoir Dr not on the official course and band was set up on the road blocking the Smith loop west exit.

@transitapp Thanks! I already understand the general picture but I'm dying to know the details behind the green dots (who are not near my Go route) and Riders Helped and whether they just have the app open or specifically looking at my line. But you probs can't divulge the secret sauce. :)

@transitapp When I am in Go mode, what are the green dates all around the map? They don't seem to cluster near stops of the route I am on. Also, what exactly are "riders helped"-- anyone who opens the app nearby at the time I am in Go mode or specifically looking at my route?
