Maybe call it “emergency mode”; AI makes appropriate emergency calls, determines level of emergency, and responds accordingly.

@elonmusk How about adding a device to head/glasses while driving your vehicles that detects when a person’s head tilts downward for too long (sleepy, medical condition, etc.) and then AI takes control of vehicle? Bonus: allow pairing of watch (metrics) as AI drives to hospital?
