It was a rewarding challenge crafting these 3D visuals and seeing how they fit into the final piece.
Shoutout to @kore_ajayi for the brilliant brand design work and for inviting me to contribute visually, and to the entire Forthcanvas team for pulling off an amazing case study.

Now that you’ve tagged me, I will drop my opinion.
This is 0/10
Why?
We are in 2026 not 2010, there are lots of competitors for this brand and this logo won’t help them grow or stand out.
Let’s start with the monogram you created, I see the D in negative space but this is just low effort, you could have done better.
The colors look so dull
The typography doesn’t work
Presentation looks like a throwback, not good and the mockups is a no.
If you’re just starting, it’s understandable, I wasn’t perfect from my first trial either.
How can you get better?
1. Get a proper branding course if you haven’t, so you can learn how to come up with concept, choose the right colors, how to present etc.
2. Follow people that are doing great at it already, learn from what they do.
3. Practice everyday, design daily and you will get better.
With the in-chat visuals for Owo, we asked ourselves a simple question.
What if messages could feel as much as they inform?
So we reshaped the experience, not just to display visuals, but to let them live within the rhythm of conversation.
More immersive. More expressive. More human.
Because when visuals move inside the chat, the story moves with them.

Btw on the new @joinowo branding. The design team did extremely extensive work on the identity which is the work that’s currently publicly viewed. The library of illustrations developed by @runnitng one of our talented visual designers.
Extremely great work on using lemons to make lemonade factory!
Really appreciate this🙏🏾 @lekan_gp
Proud of the work we did across the identity and the illustrative system.
Big shoutout to the whole team for making it happen, grateful to be part of such a solid team

As the Head of Design, leading the cross-collaboration between both bodies, it was important to make sure we solved for multiple demographics with the context of what “OWO as a solution” is for Nigerians(old&young). A strong look but exciting identity. Trusted and inspiring. Fun but not childish. These defining attributes were important to carry on in the final execution of the rebrand.
From the announcement video (storyboarding, execution and sound design within 2 days) to the in-chat assets to iconography (semi detailed and minimal) website design to marketing design. All extensions by the Design team. @runnitng worked on illustration library in so short a timeline😭😂.
A special shoutout to the Design, Growth, Legal and Engineering departments. And to my team, Sherif, Tomiwa, Damilola, Anu and Abdullahi — great work all round in delivering quality work at extremely short timeline (definitely what fast paced environment is 😂).
At Mono, we always look to deliver Brand-driven interfaces, for a seamless brand experience from interface to marketing(digital and brand), glad we were able to achieve that.
Hats-off!
Extremely great work from the team at Mono working on shipping one of the most demanding but quality result in design and implementation of the newly announced @joinowo identity rebrand. The team @Belonwus_ did a great job with the identity redefinition, which was guided by myself and @ijbguy.
We went through various iterations until we got here. Collaborating with the BLW’s team in helping to define the perception and execution expectations, was very important for the foundation of the project.
Always special seeing work go live. Learned a lot working on this one with the team @fourthcanvas and its so good to finally see it out in the world. Big congrats to @paystack 👏🚀
I’m really proud of what we created for Lagos International Market.
This project is close to heart not just because of its design depth, but because of the story behind it.

WE WORK AS ONE
The last of a five-poster series I created for Verto last year.
The concept explored how a strong spotlight can turn simple, relatable objects into a symbolism of the company’s values.
