@maxlugavere @TheAlanAragon I understand the q wasn’t for me: diagnosed celiac respectfully agrees- both Banza and red lentil Barilla are KING in our household. Excellent texture reheated too (make sure to use some olive oil before they cool or they’ll dry out and shatter when reheating)
