@Outlook hi I am unable to access my account and really need access. It says I have tried too many times so won’t send me a code, tried just now but still unable to reset. Please help!
@ShellStationsUK Hello I went to my local Shell to fill up this morning and I have even charged twice for my petrol. The first time my tap didn’t work, I thought he cancelled the transaction. He then put it through again. I used a different card and have been charged on both.

@dhlexpressuk Absolutely disgusted with your service. Have had to wait in all day for my parcel & then get a text to say I am not at home when they tried to deliver. Disgusting.
@dhlexpressuk I have had to wait in day for my parcel and still no sign of it. It was meant to arrive between 9-1pm? Can’t get in touch with anyone to help.
@YodelOnline So disappointed with your service. My flowers were “delivered” but not to me! You promised to investigate this and your driver but I’ve seen NOTHING yet. When will this happen?

@British_Airways I’ve seen on various social media channels how people’s refunds are coming through who were told after me & their flight were also due to leave after mine. Why hasn’t mine come through yet, I’ve been waiting for almost 2 wks now. Please help?
@British_Airways Hi Lynn, I understand this but I was told 7, then it went to 10 & now it’s 14 days. How do I know if my refund is even being processed? I understand you are very busy.But some people haven’t had to wait this long reading through your twitter page....pls help!
@British_Airways Hello, my holiday has been cancelled & I have had an email to confirm this, I am awaiting my refund. So why have I just received an email, telling me about food prep on my flight? I am confused! I am also within the 30 day non essential travel too. Help?
