@GraemeHorsman @secretclubprov Retainer are will be around 30k and your be expected to employ two junior pros to help cover the shop 7 days a week 8/5pm. It’s a really tough gig to be successful.. most do it for the love, and never knew anything else other then golf and become stuck somewhat.
