@JSX423@Tesla_AI Tesla got specifically spanked by NTHSA over the rolling stop. The made them take out the ability for it to automatically happen. I just press the accelerator and it will essentially do a rolling stop.
@wholemars Yeah but it’s really really fun. I had the same dilemma, but bought it anyway. Sometimes it’s just fun to scare the living crap out of a new passenger 😬
@SawyerMerritt@SawyerMerritt Don’t mistake this for then caring. They both suffer from crippling TDS and, by default, EDS. This is nothing more than attempted political BS.
@SenMarkey@SenBlumenthal Remember, for these two senators this has nothing to do with safety. It’s political. Both the “men” suffer from crippling TDS, and by default, EDS. They will spend millions of taxpayer dollars to investigate something strictly to try to remind Elon they think they’re in-charge
@Tesla_Copilot I have had none of this. Today I was in FSD standard and wanted to get around a rock-throwing dump truck. I pushed the accelerator until I got to 90 mph to pass. FSD did not limit, FSD did not disengage, FSD did not get upset or give any warning.
@rhensing Why don’t you just change to chill or sloth? That’s all I do when I know I need to be exactly the speed limit. When school zone is done, go back to standard.
@DigitalDaisyX Rollout looks to have stopped on 2026.14.6.10. .11 just popped up meaning it will start all over again with only YouTube Elite getting it and showing off the we commoners don’t have it.
@DigitalDaisyX That’s why I always park as far away as is humanly possible, and always against a curb so I can be as far to the right as possible to give that extra 9” on the driver’s side
@SawyerMerritt Do you have to have 2026.20 to see unencrypted clips from your car? I can go to the web site but nothing shows up (on 2026.14.6.6). All I see in posts is you need 2026.20 for ENCRYPTED dashcam.
@crusaderx2@wholemars Back in FSD 14.2.2.5, if you were close to your destination, you could disengage (so you could manually park, say in a garage) without the “why did you disengage” popup. They need to bring at least that part back. There are just too many variables at the end of a trip
@MattWallaceTech Yes you do. In 14.2.2.5 if you were close to the destination and you disengaged, you wouldn’t get the “why did you quit” popup. I don’t care how great FSD is (and it is great) there’s always a really good chance it’s not going to park where you want.
Has anyone noticed an audio quality difference after upgrading to 2026.14.6.6?
The very first thing I noticed when I started playing music is it doesn’t sound as good as before the update. The best way I can describe it is it sounds overly compressed like you’d hear on SiriusXM
