Do people ever realize that the original Top Gun is basically Smokey and the Bandit in fighter jets! I mean it’s a complete ripoff. Everybody goes by a handle (Bandit, Maverick), they communicate on radios (CBs) while going really fast. I mean c’mon! Even Jerry Reed's handle was "Snowman."  Val Kilmer was "Iceman."  I can't be the only person who sees this. 🤷‍♂️
