@Carpetright awful customer service, appreciate the situation but 1) No comms regarding deliveries (others like DFS have given updates)
2) Refused refund to allow local company to supply and install...cont...

3) we took a lower quality laminate to get some installed (by another fitter) and no refund has been given for the difference 4) we were not given enough of this flooring so this is also incomplete. @Carpetright I understand the situation but having no contact is shocking
