Still no reply to this post, we have emailed as you requested @VilleroyandBoch to your social media team, but no response/reply. We still have baths that are not working correctly and our plumber has said there is nothing more they can do, this is just the way they are…

@VilleroyandBoch We have had 3 baths installed and our plumber is telling us this is normal.. The tap does not fully come out and half the water goes back down the drain? Not good for our water bill or the planet… Can you offer any help as I plumber is not..
