It looks more and more like some contracts would not even be available to ionq without buying this layer... and more and more like no other company has the security solutions covered... and this applies to EVERY organization, business, and government... to steal a line from you, Paul, its probably nothing... lol...

@HannaSuds @mois_u To me this looks to be customer driven and is complimentary to ionq's offerings. Also, IonQ is in the door with some big companies carrying a bigger bag of tools to sell. The buyer deals with 1 company, not 2.... Thanks for the quick writeup on this.... its very helpful.
