@Mahad_Builds Great question! We did two things to make it fast: first, wrote a skill to draft one-pagers with the relevant information and link out references. Second (wip) the agent sends a slack msg to stakeholders in the specific channels for feedback along with the design artefacts.
Applying my learning’s on compound engineering from @every and finally I can feel my workflow is improving. It took sometime to setup a shared knowledge base between me and the PM. But I really excited about the outcome!
This week built a subagent to scrap slack channels. Built a skill to create a prd draft for us to review. Used /ce-brainstorm skill to ideate on the core workflow.
@soleio My fav @joindiveclub episode is the one with Sam. I remember the day I saw that episode, I spent the next 48 hrs reading everything about his work and about Granola. Really hoping to meet him in-person.
Reading about layoffs got me thinking about the future of work in tech. As companies shrink teams and replace workflows with AI, does the future look like one person ‘working’ across multiple companies through fleets of agents?
Individual Operator over Individual contributor?!
After using @claudeai Code and @cursor_ai on the same project, I’ve noticed both tools are great at providing multiple execution paths. But Claude Code keeps winning for me because it also gives a clear “My recommendation” each time.
@floguo My personal fitness tracker. Trying to build it as an OS that takes all my health data into account.
Can save $200 per year on strava and MyFitnessPal subscription.

Built myself a new toy! A simple app to track my workout and nutrition in one place. Tracks workout by syncing from Strava and nutrition by simply looking up my personal meals database.
Next step: add my partner to it, so we can give Kudos to each other 😅
