@RutgersAltRoute A5 SEL learning is the focus of my school this year which hopefully stems the problems of bullying already. Otherwise I try to check in and make myself available for all students. But it is up to me to be better in identifying students who are struggling but are quiet about it

@RutgersAltRoute Bullying should be immediately reported to the school's HIB coordinator and families should be contacted and colleagues should be met with as well to create an effective team to find the root cause of the bullying and nip in in the bud.
