Absolute shit-show at @LeShuttle Calais. Arrived 2hrs ago and our crossing is no longer even showing on the board. Car parks full with queuing cars all with different crossing slots. Zero queue management as far as I can see.

@LeShuttle And now here we are, 10 mins away from boarding. Still in the queue through the car-park. We got in the car when X5 came up as ‘please proceed’. Surely you’ve had delays before and had to manage people in the car-parks? It is completely bonkers! #eurotunnel

@LeShuttle And now through to queue for passport control amongst letters B, H and D. It is completely mind-boggling! Why are the wrong letters being sent through? And why is no-one telling the wrong letters queuing in the car-park to park and wait! This is insane.

@LeShuttle The front of the queue where not a single car is going through. All cars at the front are A, E, H etc. you’re calling for V, X and Z. Come on! 🤯

@LeShuttle All of those cars are blocking the way for the cars who should be boarding and nobody is managing the situation. We’re X5, have been told to proceed - but are stuck in a massive queue of letters who aren’t due to board yet. Arghhh!

So, I’ve left the uk. Scanned my gov provided UK covid pass at immigration in Finland, in the hotel and about 5 different restaurants without issue. & when I try our own UK government @GOVUK website for passenger location form it fails and says wrong format! 🙈

Another two attempts today to get through to @FinnairHelps today on the phone. One wait of 1hr 40, second of 2hr 18. Over 2 hrs waiting and still didn’t get through. Argh.

Day 2. Another 35 minutes of being on-hold trying to get through to someone. Amend flights on website doesn't work. Cancel flights doesn't work. Arghh! @FinnairHelps
