@LauradYEP @YEPeducation Zumba is still a great way to get moving!! It’s good that you went back to it cause you can see how far your learner has come since your first few lessons! 😇
My mom keeps scanning her Tim’s rewards card each time she goes to Tim’s and asked me, how do I redeem these points? So I showed her how to download the Tim hortons app and we created an account for her with her card number! She had so many points! @YEPeducation#letsteachadults
@MelissaOYEP@YEPeducation Hi Melissa! I love how you went above and beyond and created a survey for your dad to complete! It’s an engaging and interactive way to pull together his answers! ✨
@celine_teach Hi Celine! I love your self evaluation questions for your learner! Mine are pretty similar and my learners favourite lesson was the one on how to make a digital collage! ✨
@lucasperri14@YEPeducation Good idea Lucas! Now your mom can note important events, appointments and birthdays, and her phone will remind her of them on the day of! ✅
The 3 questions I asked my mom for her self evaluation were 1) Were you surprised at how well you were able to grasp learning how to use technology? 2) what was your favourite/most used lesson I taught you so far? 3)What lessons were most difficult to grasp & How can we improve?
With the weather getting colder, my mom asked me how she can check the weather on her phone before work instead of turning on CP24. I showed her how to use the weather app and how to change to different cities to check weather as well. @YEPeducation#letsteachadults
@lina_pasquale@YEPeducation Hey Lina! I love Pinterest too! I’m always finding great recipes on there and you can even search up healthy options on there too! I may teach my mom about this app next week too!👏🏼
@lucasperri14@YEPeducation That’s great Lucas! Now your mom can organize her photos based on important events and crop out unnecessary parts of photos👏🏼
