@Jennifer55gt A restaurant is federally required to make up the difference for the waiter/waitresses wage if his/her tips plus 2.13 an hour do not meet the minimum requirement. I tip 25% or better for quality service. If I see this sign or any form of auto gratuity then I add ZERO to it though
