Tonight on #Railnatter, we will be discussing the horrific Spanish rail crash in Urda, and @garethdennis will be answering questions, talking through what we know so far, and crucially describing how to pick through the misinformation that tends to accompany these incidents.
We express our profound shock at today’s serious rail accident in Toledo, Spain. We extend our deepest condolences and solidarity to everyone affected by this tragic event and stand united with railway workers and their communities in Spain.

Joe was a member of the @RMTunion - potentially one of their first workers of colour, joining in 1904, via its #Paddington branch.
Joe worked maintaining the mainline tracks near #London Paddington, as part of a gang of 8 men.
