@ploinkism@MichaelPBento All kidding aside, don't U think we have already seen an explosive melt up? Anecdotally, we have well followed pundits predicting 8250 for YE, and following it by saying that's likely too conservative. Watch out below.
@dampedspring $SPY was crossing 744.50 at 6PM EST Friday evening. Now ripped 240 handles in less than a session and a half. Sorry, that is not healthy. It's indicative of a tape that becomes less and less stable by the day. $QQQ
@DougKass Adam Parker perhaps being the best example of this - just lost a lot of respect for Verrone - he said there are other things to do beside $MAGS - specifically highlighting Biotech - someone needs to show him a chart.
@JohnDoss1 $SPX is going to print 7600 - it makes absolutely zero sense, and that's precisely why it will happen. If not today, by 10:AM EST, tomorrow.
$SPY was crossing circa 744.50 at 6PMEST, Friday. Unsure what is causing this gap, but it likely will be sold, quickly. Buying with the $VIX sub 16 has been a losers game for quite some time now. At least I know why I wasn't put all that $XBI. They always know.
Trading anecdote for Monday - I was short 12 $XBI 147 puts that expired yesterday. I had an order to buy back for 19 cents that went unfilled? Went to sleep last night expecting an exercise, despite $XBI officially closing 147.01. No exercise. Thus, I dont expect a large gap lower
@TheJudgeCNBC Amy Raskin is so refreshing - she should be on everyday. Unlike the other panelists, who just regurgitate memorized bullish sound bytes, she actually thinks, and is will to consider non-consensus opinion. The other panelists don't know what to make of her. $QQQ
No one is talking about it, but $JPM traded down from 358 to 344 in one session this week. This is the largest financial institution in the world on no news?? That should scare the hell out of all. It's a preview of what's coming forthwith. Buckle up. $QQQ
@DougKass@TheStreetPro I thought U shorted because Downtown Josh Brown has been shouting from the rooftops that $AAPL is on the express train to 400? Oh well.
#CNBC embarrassing itself once again - On @TheJudgeCNBC link is saying $AAPL is expensive because it's trading at 32x forward, at the same time, they flash a graphic that $AAPL is trading at 36.5 forward. Naturally, no pushback from host. Numbers are made up by pundits constantly
@DougKass@TheJudgeCNBC@HalftimeReport@CNBC Complete joke, Josh has been pushing $UBER saying it was his largest position for at least 18 months. Gets a free ride, just like all the other panelists. Give Talkington some credit, she admitted she was very negative $MSFT going in to the print.
@TheJudgeCNBC Tomorrow is probably a good day for accountability - start with Farmer Jim - he was pounding $MU 300 points higher? Then, JoeT -U allowed him to pump $XBI repeatedly when it was above 160. Finally, Steph, $META and $MU, the combo platter, need I say more?
If the #FED surprises with a raise tomorrow, the rotation we have seen thus far will seem like child's play. I strongly suspect U will see large intraday gaps lower in financials. Massive put activity in $KRE and $XBI today. $KRE could see 74 in a heartbeat. $JPM trades sub 350.
@DougKass JoeT is worse - he was pumping $XBI relentlessly over the past 3 weeks. He stated he bought more as the ascent continued several times. $XBI has completely broken down. Radio silence from JoeT - disgraceful.
@JohnDoss1 $GS, $BAC, and $JPM have just become playmates for Quants and $CTA's. $JPM likely put in the TOP yesterday. Breakdown in $XBI speaks to a likely surprise hike tomorrow. $KRE never confirmed the breakout in money centers.
