@bots_and_bits Human clinical data, maybe. For ML models of drug design, this approach doesn't work. Data has to be collected in a standardized fashion to generalize well. There's too much noise in data across different labs and protocols to train meaningfully predictive models.

@robertomunita@Nicolas6901 So glad you like our ladders and find they work well! Commercial pre-made ladders are convenient, but the costs over time are not insignificant, which is exactly why we made these plasmids. I’d love to know how you discovered them!
We are starting to see malaria parasites emerge that are not recognized by PfRDTs and have molecular signatures of drug resistance. T if malariake home📌a is suspected but RDT negative, do a blood smear or use RDTs that identify different antigens (LDH)
