@TUIUK Absolutely appalled by the customer service received today. Called to enquire about a refund as travel is against gov advice, waited for 2 hours on the phone to be told "if you don't like it then call back" then cut off!!

@TUIUK your travel insurance is invalid if against FCDO advice. FCDO states "people should not travel to amber countries for leisure" why are you operating holidays against government advice? @grantshapps holidays to amber should be cancelled right?

@TUIUK @ronnielholmes13 @TIUUK FCDO allows travel but not for leisure to amber countries. Holiday is not a permitted reason to travel so holidays should be cancelled and refunded... you know customers book with you for leisure trips right?

@CJ_Whitehead Hi Chris, it is, the key word being "travel" not "holiday". Holiday is not a permitted reason to travel: "People should not travel to amber countries for leisure" therefore holidays to these destinations should be cancelled and refunded FYI I am due to travel to Gran Canaria

@ABTAtravel our holiday operator @TUIUK are operating holidays to amber regions despite uk gov advising against leisure travel to amber destinations. Refunds not being offered. Can you advise?
