@PhysicalTherapy From a clinician perspective, I think speeding up documentation/decreasing keystrokes is one way. How about removing requirements for goal writing. Refer to this blog post. https://t.co/Fan40yPYMS
@danny_ruderock I appreciate the insight and bold declaration. Just to play devils advocate; considering how few athletes make it to elite levels & particularly working with adolescents, wouldn’t instruction on back squat provide value when they inevitably train strength for healthy aging?
NEW: Pres. Biden says that the U.S. would intervene militarily if China were to invade Taiwan, saying the burden to protect Taiwan is "even stronger" after Russia's invasion of Ukraine. https://t.co/2kjbrgiQId
Oct. 8 will be the most highly publicized and scrutinized postgame handshake since Parcells vs. Belichick. I covered that game and I’ve never seen so much attention given to a handshake. Until Jimbo vs. Nick.
"Some people think they’re God … We build him up to be the czar of football. Go dig into his past, or anyone who’s ever coached with him, you can find out anything you wanna find out."
Jimbo Fisher didn't hold back after Nick Saban's comments about A&M's recruiting practices.
@TheFuelPhysio@mikeeisenhart@sunsopeningband Dr. Berner, I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on why the collective mind space has shifted away from the #1 & #2 leading cause of death.
Do you think this will trickle down & effect research or intervention strategies?
@KyleWat63548798@patrickbetdavid You’re on to something Kyle. Look into predictive processing theory. It’s a derivative of the ‘free energy principle’ that has the brain as a prediction machine. It’s an interesting theory about how science and modeling has formed society and our understanding of the world.
@DrGthePT@TheFinancePT@timevalueofbtc I do like a good Lex Fridman pod, so I’ll check it out. I see the bullish argument, I’m just cautiously optimistic about everything in life. Hard to convey in 140 characters. Please don’t take my comments personally.
@DrGthePT@TheFinancePT I think the simplest explanations work best. That’s how we best communicate in healthcare so (in my opinion) that’s the best way to go about explaining BTC. I like the technology. The store of value argument makes sense… if we live in a simulation & physical items don’t matter.
@TheFinancePT@DrGthePT The best argument I’ve heard is providing a means for the unbankable population. Financial freedom is a wonderful thing, but no one wants to be rug pulled.
@DrGthePT@TheFinancePT I kinda like the analogy of “collectible cards” (I know analogy’s are flawed but hear me out)
Collectible cards are inherently just cardboard & plastic. Yet others put intrinsic value on these items.
No one has given me a solid explanation my Charizard is worth so much.
@clydeechols@patrickbetdavid Has anyone ever explain which is more consequential? Is it worse to be warm or worse to be cold?
My point is the messaging has been off from the start.
