@lex_node@l_woetzel@brane_trix@axelar There may be litigation either way. But the legal risk of freezing assets that were provably obtained through fraud seems far less significant than the risk of knowingly allowing stolen assets to continue moving through the protocol.
@gregosuri i think the original intention was that high usage would increase return for stakers, driving demand for akt. AKT 2.0 sent take fees to the community pool, which indirectly benefits stakers but decoupled staking rewards from usage. this new proposal should hopefully fix this ๐

Moving core blockchain infrastructure code between teams every 3-5 years is good for the health and sustainability of the project.
CometBFT transitioned teams 3 times.
Cosmos SDK transitioned teams 4 times.
Itโs actually good for long term infrastructure to demonstrate that the team can transition.
