实际上是我借机梳理了自己从 2017 年钻入 Crypto（加密货币 or 币圈）兔子洞，特别是 2021 年 9 月开始自己单干以来这 7 年或 3 年的个人的经验和教训、反思与心得 ——

2017 — 2020：区块链

我是在 2017 年底牛市以太坊 1C0 高潮之际因参与当时某热门 DApp 云计算平台项目进入 Crypto 的，当时受项目创始人布道，同时也是深植于心的互联网情结影响，追求的是区块链技术在金融之外的领域应用落地，赋能实体经济，对短线炒币嗤之以鼻、不屑一顾。在团队负责市场公关的时候，没少鼓吹区块链 3.0，没少跟上汽集团、华泰证券、首旅出行这样的公司洽谈区块链技术应用落地合作，结果兜兜转转，唯一落地的是借 2019 年 10 月 24 日中央政治局集体学习区块链的东风，应中信出版社邀约，两个月时间赶出了一本和创始人合著的《区块链实战》一书 2020 年交付出版。

2021 — 2022：Web3

在 2020 年 9 月链上尝试 DeFi（去中心化金融）操作之前，我只能算是区块链领域从业者，对区块链技术有个大概的书面的认知，对蕴育区块链技术的比特币毫无了解，对从比特币走出来的以太坊也只有亲自下水玩 DeFi、NFT 才开始真正对加密货币、区块链有了感知和体验，开始发现短线炒币的价值：价格发现、提供市场流动性。

真正触动我这个非金融非技术出身的文字工作者的，是 NFT 在 2020 年底、2021 年初上一轮牛市的崛起和出圈。伴随着「元宇宙」概念的火爆，2021 年 5 月我开设了「元宇宙特攻队」公众号，第一时间专门介绍以太坊生态原创的 NFT/元宇宙项目，因此有缘于当年 10 月策划主办了首届（且唯一一届）上海元宇宙文化周 ，我也顺势离开了之前的项目，开始了自己单干的历程。

当时我非常 buy in 名号借自波卡公链、叙事来自美国头部加密投资基金 @a16z 强力鼓吹的 Web3，大量新人入圈也是冲着 Web3 推动「只能读和写」的传统互联网升级至「可读可写可拥有」的互联网的理想而来，一时之间，人人都在说/搞 Web3。

2022 年，我和几个伙伴也开始搭建 Web3 项目聚合协作平台 @MetaJamStudio 希望能领引广大的互联网人才项目至 Web3。由于没有找到产品市场契合点，加之市场转熊、团队和资金问题，当年底，这一介乎于 Web2 和 Web3 之间结果二三不靠的项目创业宣告失败，技术和产品合伙人于是另起炉灶，投身 ChatGPT 激起的 AI 浪潮（祝他们好���），而我和商务合伙人继续在币圈坚持。

2023 — 至今：Crypto

痛定思痛，从 2023 年着力 Crypto Native（加密原生），这两年通过写东西、做播客、搞活动、买卖币和 NFT 沉浸式体验了以太坊生态和比特币 Ordinals 社区，真正感受到之前的「区块链」、「Web3」认知并不能掌握 Crypto 的本质 —— Crypto 是不能脱离 Token 来构建价值互联网的，也不是从桌面互联网到移动互联网、再到可拥有数字商品的互联网的线性升级；金融还是其核心，只是这个金融与我们习焉不察的传统金融大相径庭，它是开放无许可、去中心化平权的金融，它既为我们人类服务，也是未来 AI 普及后人和机器、机器和机器人之间的协作必不可少的工具。

12 天前在新加坡 #TOKEN2049 一场 Fractal 分形比特币的边会活动上，有幸和 Ordinals 协议作者 Casey @rodarmor 聊天，令我印象深刻的是，他说 Crypto 迄今最为成功的 3 个 Use Case（用例）是：① Casino；② 稳定币；③ 比特币。照我的理解：

- Casino 就是炒币（NFT 也算），无论是技术/VC/价值币，还是 Meme Coin（模因币），都是目前 Crypto 用户买卖逐利的标的，选择成为日内交易员还是巴菲特，完全由自己根据禀赋认知资源和目标来决定，Crypto 这个完全流动的市场能最快的给予直接反馈，愿赌服输；
- 稳定币（及加密支付），确实成为刚需和杀手级应用，尤其有机会体验传统金融和 Crypto 在跨境转账的表现，绝对是后者碾压前者，读者如果有机会去土耳其、阿根廷这些国家进行货币汇兑，也绝对能感受到当地人为何百分百拥抱 Crypto；
- 作为用例，比特币如何应用？Casey 没有展开，但我今年 7 月去美国纳什维尔参加 2024 比特币大会，感受到了 Bitcoiner 对比特币的信仰和热爱，比特币在他们眼里基本代表了自由。

直到今天，我还在摸索，但感觉走在对的方向和道路上。所以，身处入圈后第三个加密周期，我还是发挥一个内容创作者和营销人的特长，将原先的公众号「元宇宙特攻队」改名为「Crypto Kitchen 加密厨房」@CryptoKitchen23 @CryptoKitchenCN，同时将播客、视频和活动纳入在同一品牌的伞下，以DAO 的协作方式和在纽约 @RebbecaRen @ElectricGoatPod 、伦敦 @0xCoucou 、多伦多 @nftcx2 和国内 @ABMTF_crypto 的主厨伙伴们一起打造链接东西方的加密媒体和社区，迎接 Crypto、AI、全球化 2.0 徐徐揭开的新世界。

Crypto should take a playbook from the organic/local grown food movement. There's a path forward for making things better without being declinist or thinking "back then was better".

Build something we actually want and fits with our values, then make a market for it. It'll be pricey, so you use the good parts of the last cycle (better tech/production) to make it accessible to more people. It'll eventually get captured (like 'organic' or 'natural' food labels), but you rinse and repeat. You keep at it and it slowly gets better.
