@breezeline Worst customer service ever. Called 5 times. Was on hold for hours and then hung up on when I said I want to cancel service. Haven’t had working internet for over 24 hours.

I have NEVER had such horrible customer service than with @breezeline I have been on the phone for an hour and they keep saying my wait time is 1 hour and 44 minutes. The time hasn’t changed in that hour.

Been trying to cancel our internet service with @breezeline since our internet hasn’t been working for over 24 hours. Keep calling and have waited HOURS on hold. When they do answer, they hangs up when I tell them I want to cancel. Do NOT GO WITH BREEZELINE!
